Refund Policy

At BisonClick Agency, we strive to provide transparent refund terms to ensure mutual clarity and protection. Please read the following policy carefully.
Non-Refundable Cases

Once an account has been authorized to the client’s email or accessed via any medium (including but not limited to anti-detect browsers), the account fee is non-refundable—regardless of whether the client accepts it on time.

Service fees are non-refundable once the recharge is successfully completed.

Exchange losses due to currency conversion or fluctuations during client remittance cannot be refunded.

If the client sends funds in the wrong currency or using unclean funds, any transaction or refund handling fees will be borne by the client.

A transaction fee of USD 1.7–6 may be deducted from any refund, depending on the currency and refund channel used. This fee is also borne by the client.
Refundable Cases

Full refunds are available if the account has not yet been delivered.

If the account balance is successfully withdrawn, the remaining funds may be refunded.
Refund Timeline

Standard refund processing time is within 7 business days.

Refunds are processed every Thursday.

Public holidays may result in delays.
Special Refund Cases

Google Old Accounts (DST-Linked): Due to Google’s DST billing cycle, only 80% of the refund will be issued immediately. The remaining 20% will be refunded in the following month after the billing cycle updates, specifically on the first Thursday after the 20th.

Snapchat Accounts: If the ads are not fully paused, only 90% of the remaining balance can be refunded. Once the ads are fully paused by the client, 100% of the remaining refundable balance will be processed.
- Taboola / Mediago / Outbrain Agency Accounts: If the account is suspended or banned, the remaining ad balance cannot be refunded. However, any security deposit can be refunded.
- Additional Note(Google Old Accounts): If the client incurs no spend in that month (for example, if the ads were just set up or the account was suspended shortly after receiving), the account balance can be refunded normally within 7 business days.
